Busua, a small fishing village, is colorful and friendly.  Popular with backpackers, Busua has been a 'hippy' hangout since the 60s.  Busua offers a good beach, a rough sea and plenty of cheap accommodation, a great place to chill out! Dixcove, a twenty-minute walk from Busua, is a small town of crumbling colonial buildings and Fort Metal Cross.  The Dutch captured the fortress from the British in 1868, only to be returned 4 years later.
